3D MODELS & INSPECTIONS

Check the roof without the ladder.

Photo reports, thermal imaging and 3D models of homes and buildings.

After a storm, or before you hire a roofer, see what’s up there without anyone climbing.

We photograph the roof and building from every side, mark what we see in a clear report, and can build a 3D model you can spin around on your screen.

Who it’s for

Homeowners after storms, roofers, gutter and solar installers, property managers, insurance agents, small commercial building owners and historic property owners.

  • All photos (JPEG) and a short video
  • Thermal images from a thermal-capable drone, as an add-on

Good to know

  • Our reports are documentation of visible conditions, not a home inspection, engineering report or insurance determination.
  • 3D models are for viewing and rough measuring, not engineering or design.
  • Thermal images show surface temperature differences. They point to places worth a closer look; they don’t diagnose a problem.
